The Best of Sveti Stefan Accommodation

Sveti Stefan accommodation is arguably some of the most expensive in Montenegro. But that's not to say only people with big budgets can stay there. There's actually good, clean comfortable accommodation available for every budget.
What you pay will depend on:
- Whether there are views of the island
- Quality of the hotel and facilities
- Distance to the beach
- Off street parking
- Other amenities like pools, WiFi etc
Not only is the seaside hamlet of Sveti Stefan beautiful, it's also in a great location on the Budva Riviera. Budva town is known for being very busy and congested in the height of summer. So staying just out of town along the Riviera is ideal for getting more of the relaxed seaside hamlet feel on your holiday.
Sveti Stefan is the islet that's joined to the mainland by a narrow land bridge. It's covered with immaculate stone buildings, terracotta roofs and lush, green trees. It really is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro.
The island is a beautiful hotel which means you can stay there (yay!). It's part of the Aman Resorts group and is closed off to everyone but those who can afford the €800 per night price tag.
Don't despair if this beyond your budget, there are plenty of other great places to stay in the Sveti Stefan area. And as you'll see, most offer amazing views of the iconic island.

5 Star Hotels
Villa Montenegro
Villa Montenegro the nicest hotel in Sveti Stefan next to the Aman Resort.
It's on the hill overlooking the islet and views that you can enjoy from your room, the hotel pool or terrace.
Although it's rated as a 5 star hotel, it's really a 4+ rather than a true 5 star hotel. Still, people here love the location, service and food.
4 Star Hotels
Hotel Adrovic
Only a 3-minute walk from the beach, Hotel Adrovic boasts a prestigious location overlooking Sveti Stefan.
The hotel has free WiFi and free parking for all guests.
It also has a fantastic restaurant and roof terrace for drinking in the million dollar views.

Hotel Residence
A little further along the coast you’ll come to Hotel Residence in Przno. This is a picturesque little hamlet about 10 minutes out of Budva by car. The hotel is a medium size with views over Przno and the sea.
It’s got an onsite wellness centre, restaurant, free WiFi and free parking. The rooftop dining is really great and there’s a plunge pool on the roof also.
This is a great hotel for couples looking for a quiet getaway, candle lit dinners and walks on the beach… sigh J

Hotel Azimut
Hotel Azimut is a picturesque 4 star Sveti Stefan hotel. The stone facade and vine-covered terraces complete the million-dollar views over the 15th century islet.
Here, you'll have views of the island and it's only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach.
The indoor pool and wellness centre make this an excellent hotel all year round.
Hotel Azimut's pool has a view over Sveti Stefan island and hamletMaestral Resort And Casino
Maestral Resort & Casino is right on the beach in the fishing village of Pržno, next to Sveti Stefan. Several swimming pools, a spa area and a modern casino are part of the complex.
All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private balcony, a minibar and a TV. Most rooms come with a panoramic sea view. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as free private parking.
Hotel Romanov
Hotel Romanov is Hotel Azimut's sister hotel and is a good option if you're looking for a cheaper option.
They're next door to each other and Hotel Romanov guests can use Azimut's pool and wellness centre. It's also very close to the beach for a fraction of the price.
The hotel also has a kids' play room, making it a good choice for families.

4 Star Apartments and Guesthouses
Lux Apartments
Lux Apartments offer panoramic views of the sea and the island. The beach is just 50 metres away and each apartment has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Free WiFi and parking.
Guest House Przno Bay
This immaculate guest house is in Przno, just 1.5km/ 1 mile from Sveti Stefan.
The complex has an onsite restaurant and free WiFi throughout. There's also a shared lounge and bar
The rooms have sea views and parking. Some of the rooms have balconies and there are family suites available.
Apartments Dijana
This complex has a terrace with views of the island and is 150m from the beach.
All apartments have sea views, private balconies, free Wi-Fi, satellite LCD TV, fully equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. Each apartment has a private bathroom with hairdryer.
Guests can relax on the terrace with its bougainvillea and admire the panoramic views. Meanwhile, kids can enjoy themselves in the paddling pool and playground.
Apartments Secret Garden
Only 20 metres from the beach, Apartments Secret Garden is in the centre. It offers self-catering apartments with air-conditioning and either a balcony or a terrace. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Sun Rose Apartments
Situated 80 metres from the Adriatic Sea, these air-conditioned apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony or patio. The complex has its own beauty centre.
Including free Wi-Fi, each of the modern apartments at Sun Rose is equipped with parquet floors and modern furniture. They also offer a TV and a private bathroom with a bath or shower.

Apartments Grloman
600m from the beach, Apartments Grloman is a homely and friendly set of apartments.
Each unit has a cable TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, kitchenette with a dining area and a bathroom with shower or a bath tub and a hairdryer. There's a shared terrace.
The nearest grocery store is just steps away, while some dining options can be found within 500m.

Located just 100m from the beach, Apartments Orfej offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Each apartment has a private balcony, and free parking is provided as well.
All apartments have private bathrooms with showers. They also have kitchens with basic kitchenware and fridge. Guests can relax in the garden, which has seating.
Orfej Apartments is just 50 metres from a grocery store and a bus stop with links to Budva.
Apartments Leut
Situated 250 metres from the sea, Apartments Leut has a small outdoor pool and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV and a kitchen are featured in all the apartments, which provide direct sea views as well.

Apartments Maslina is located in the centre, 80m from the beach.

100m to the nearest grocery store and there are restaurants near by.
Apartments Kalluka
Apartments Kalluka has air-conditioned apartments, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It's 250m to the beach.

Apartments Levantin
300 metres from the island and 150 metres from the beach, Apartments Levantin has an outdoor pool.

These are nice rooms but only some units are air conditioned.
