Take a thrilling private boat tour in Kotor to Kotor Bay's top sights: Kotor, Perast, Our Lady of the Rocks, and Porto Montenegro.
This tour is guided by one of Kotor's best guides, Ana Badnjar, and takes you to the four most beautiful places in Kotor Bay:
To start the tour, you meet your private guide and take a scenic speed boat ride along the coast from Kotor to Perast, an idyllic town that is known for its original architecture and beauty. You'll have a walking tour of the town to see its historic Baroque palaces and churches.
From there, you take a short boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks church and museum. The church sits on a man-made island and is over 500 years old.
As well as its beauty, there is a lot of history and legend attached to this church, making it a must-see in the Bay of Kotor.
After you explore the bay’s seafaring history, it’s time to explore its future. You travel to luxury marina, Porto Montenegro, in Tivat, where you can grab a gelato, walk through the village and admire some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world.
After soaking up the atmosphere in Porto Montenegro, you head back in time to Kotor to explore the alleys and churches of this medieval town.
"Thank you Ana for this visit to Kotor. This tour allowed us to visit the old town but also to see Kotor from a different perspective with the speedboat.
Ana is very organized and prepared, she is an encyclopedia of the city's history and communicates it effortlessly. She answered my thousand questions.
Excellent communication, punctual, and she offers great advice on other things to do or visit." - Patrick
You can do this tour by car or speed boat. In summer travelling by boat is more fun, more scenic, cooler (in both senses!) and lets you avoid summer traffic.
In cooler months, or if it rains, this tour would be better done by car.
